Of course, the Russian agreement would be an unfair deal with Ukraine because they themselves were invaded by Russia, there is no way for Russia to open an offer to Ukraine. That has an advantage, we have to wait and see if it will be able to end this war or not, but I think that Ukraine has to accept some because I don"t want to.
